We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the form and the defect. We will aim to remedy that issue immediately. Please note - all of the information entered on the form was entered by the customer. If there is any defect or grammatical issue, it is user-generated and we cannot provide a refund for that. We can, however, correct the user-created defect and get them an updated form at no charge.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
